with tombstone who really knows whats up with him. personally i hope he is just big man's top enforcer/ plays his identity to keep the real big man(foswell) identity totally secret and all that. Because i still think it would be a waste to just throw foswell in for hardcore fans as a nod and not to make him his true potential and all that. But they can do what they want.

Tombstone apparently knows who those scrubs in those cheap pumpkin masks are. Ha! :woot:

Ya know, i had an interesting thought and I could be wrong here but wouldn't it be something if one of those thugs with the jack o lantern mask turns out to be Jason Macendale. Just a thought.

Cool though, but I highly doubt it.

I like that thought.

Nah, I want Tombstone to be the REAL Big Man. At least the show is surprising the older fans...for the better.

I still believe this is the case.

Yea i still believe it could still go down this way, but right now we dont have enough info reguarding both characters to know whats is really going on with big man.

It just seem like something they would do. Making us think certain things are what they are when they really are not. Tombstone could be referring to himself as Big Man or someone else entirely. Foswell said what he said to Peter for a reason.

That's a very good point, but we still don't know who the Big Man really is I don't think. I mean, Foswell seems very quiet.

Indeed, and speaking of Jack-o-Lantern, I wonder if he'll be in the show?
Probably in a future season. I don't think we will be seeing the last of those thugs especially with Tombstone knowing of their betrayal. Which is why I think there is a slim possibility one of them could be Jason Macendale.

If we get the likes of Molten Man and the Tinkerer then Jack o Lantern is not a stretch.

True, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

This episode was flat out amazing. I absolutely loved the fact that they didn't reveal the identity of the Goblin outright, even going so far as to allude to it being Harry.

Loved MJ, loved the fight sequences. Loved John Jameson.

10/10

Best animated series of the past five years.

I'm very glad that you loved it.

Wow Flash has some wicked dance moves!

Solid 9. Another really good episode.

Can't wait to see Doc Ock, the promo looks sweet.

Question: Where did Harry get the G-Juice from, has he been steaking into Norman's private stash. Not that I think he's the Goblin, but where did he get the juice from?

I think I might just become very unpopular. Sure, it was a great episode of a great series...but I didn't find it particularly stellar or brilliant, especially after "Invisible Hand." Honestly, I cringed at Peter's flashback sequence to earlier in the day in the midst of his fight with Green Goblin. Who would do that? Not only that, but--who would have the time to do that? And it seemed almost as an excuse to awkwardly heighten suspense by a clumsy in medias res attempt, and it also seemed to proliferate some unneeded recycled fight scene animation. Also, I thought the "mystery" with Harry's drinking of the formula is handled rather kids' show-clumsy, as well. Yes, it's a kids' show. Yes, I'm sure the younger audience found it very interesting, and I know that older fans would be at least momentarily baffled, perhaps. But that doesn't excuse a lazy execution. It just felt overly hyped.

Now, I'm not saying that it was a bad episode. The action sequences were great. The development of the Peter-Brock, Peter-Gwen, Peter-Harry, and Peter-MJ storylines was excellent (I would say that Flash's dialogue was too corny, but it fits his character well). A nice execution of the Green Goblin fight sequence, as well. And I liked his use of Tombstone's own thugs against the Big Man.

The story was solid, the action was great...but...the execution was sometimes lacking, especially in light of past episodes. I give it an 8 out of 10.
