Channing is an actor, so its his job to be able to adapt to different directors and different visions. They obviously took the accent to 11 for Deadpool & Wolverine and made it that way because that movie was more of a comedy and his character was a joke. That is obviously not the tone the Russo's are going for.

This is similar to how Hemsworth hammed it up for Thor Ragnarok and Love And Thunder because he was working with Taika Waititi, and he toned that down when he worked with the Russos on Infinity War and Endgame.
