Chicago: most corrupt city in the nation

And here I thought "Boss" was just an exaggeration of things.

and Oakland breathes a sigh of relief

Speaking as an individual who attended DePaul University for three semesters at Lincoln Park... no f**king surprise.

Robocop already told me this years ago. :o

Thought he was in Detroit.

But, yeah, as a Chicagoan I'm not surprised at all. We have a beautiful city, but it's what's underneath it all that scares me.

And they were trying they're hardest to get the Olympics here :whatever:

Of course they were. Because they knew they wouldn't get it, so now, all that money they raised for the Olympics, has now mysteriously disappeared.

To be honest, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (my current home and host of the 2016 Olympics) is probably just as if not more corrupt than Chicago.

Oops. :o

Well...umm.... What I meant was me and Robocop were hanging out and he was all like "Man, Detroit is ****ed up, but at least it's not Chicago."

But Happy Endings makes it seem so nice. :(

It is nice as long as you know where to go, where not to go, and not give a crap about the fact that the people in charge are screwing you out of your money.

Also, keep your hat straight. Or don't where a hat at all.

And don't listen to your iPhone/Pod on the L train. You might get punched in the face.

In other words, just go to the Loop and places up north like River North.

Chicago is like one giant ghetto with that one nice area in the middle.

Yeah, there's plenty of safe neighborhoods in the North, South, and even the West sides. But the city is really segregated. Not intentionally, but, it just kinda is.

I'm a commuter to the city from Gary, Indiana, but I remember when we had the title for murder capital of the world. So take that.:o
