Who do you feel was more evil and a bigger threat in the 4Kids cartoon. I have to go with Ch'rell since he was a war criminal before he took on the mantle of the Shredder.

I chose the Tengu Shredder. He was such a badass that it took the combined efforts of the Turtles, the Foot, The Justice Force, Bishop, and The Purple Dragons to defeat him.
