"Chris Brown could beat me up all he wants." Says 25 Women via Twitter.

Give it time, he'll get around to them.

Oh dear god

Those women have very serious issues, there's no way around that. My reaction is quite the opposite of theirs: i flipped the channel when Chris Brown started his performance. I cant stand the guy.

I like racy jokes so if they were joking I would be fine with it and laugh but I don't think that they were joking...

I do think that one day Brown should be forgiven if he doesn't do it again. And I hate scum who beat up on women.

I agree with this. People can change and be allowed to move on. Not to make excuses but he is really young. I did a lot of crap when I was younger that I wouldn't do now. We all have.

I don't think they're being serious but it's upsetting they'd make light of this.

I kind of hate articles that focus on these individual people. It cherry picks the crazies from the probable larger portion of women who think Chris Brown is an awful person.

everyone should go tweet they'd let chris brown beat them. it'll turn these women into a joke.

Never once did I think that this gave an accurate picture of women's feelings towards this loser. At the same time, I never once thought this many women were this f***ing stupid.

No, no, no.

Every girl I know is obsessed with that piece of crap.

He was really young and if he can clean up his act why not give him a second chance?

What he did was awful but it wasn't something completely irrevocable like murder or rape. Believe me I'm not trying to make light of this at all but I just find it unseemly to never ever forgive someone for this crime and moral wrong doing if they don't ever do it again when they did it at such a young age.

BTW

It remains disturbing to me how many women defend this type of behavior though.

But it's more fun to ridicule him than to give him a second chance.

And to be honest, age or not, it was pretty reprehensible.

I mean seriously, he'd need to cure some disease or do some sort of charitable work for me to overlook that.

But, making platinum records isn't going to make me think he's changed.

I don't think that he has to cure a disease to be forgiven, I mean that is a pretty high bar that nobody will be able to climb.

I'm not talking about forgiving Roman Polanski here, I'm talking about a dysfunctional 19 year old who wrongly and disgustingly beat up his dysfunctional girlfriend. He rightfully was prostituted for that horrible crime and if he cleans up his act I see no reason why he shouldn't be forgiven. Now I emphasized "if." His little GMA chair throwing tantrum certainly didn't help matters. If he doesn't clean up his act of course I say, screw em.

Some of them look like adults though.

You can look and be the age of an adult without being one though. I know a number of people in their late 20's/early 30's that still act like teenagers. Age really is just a number.

Just have to shake my head at all those women, I mean seriously? I'm all for jokes here and there but there's nothing funny about what happened between those two those years ago. And to jokingly welcome that kind of behavior speaks volumes for your own mentality.

I do however think some of you guys are being a bit harsh with Chris, yeah it was a terrible thing what he did. But thats in the past and everyone deserves a second chance, and we should be willing to give him that without judgement. He received his punishment so now its time to move on

Would you let him date your sister or daughter or someone in your family?

Hellz yeah and bring in that mad money in the fam yo, we be stackin paper to the ceilin and rollin on 24 inch chrome ya feel me.

In all honesty it's not about me "allowing" a family member to date him, if they can see something in him they like then he has the chance to prove himself to the family.

*shrug*

I don't follow stars based on what's reported in People by their publicists. But everything I heard about him still screams that he's still a stupid kid and hasn't done really too much to prove otherwise.
