Action-Adventure Chris Pratt in The Terminal List

I cant imagine Pratt will be part of this longer then 1 Season. It is more likely to be a mini series, where he want to Show another face of himself.

I mean, he has a career. GOTG3 is coming. It will be interesting to see him in this anyway.

I'm looking forward to this but it sucks that it comes out next year. I don't know how many know this but if I understood correctly Pratt optioned the rights to the novel before it got to store shelves because the author sent him a early copy and he loved it. I have the book but I haven't started it yet.

I saw this post and thought oh yeah Jack Carr mentioned news was coming and then thought I wonder when it comes out. Then I realized it was telling me this.

Looks solid. Even though it’s an action series, it will be interesting to see if Pratt can play a more serious, darker character rather than just falling back into his Star-Lord comfort zone. He looks like he’s putting in the work here.

Plus, Constance Wu and Riley Keough. :hrt:

Yeah, I'm sold and will definitely check this out as soon as it drops. The action looks really solid and my kind of gritty and it looks like Chris Pratt is actually stretching his acting chops in this.

This also has a pretty solid supporting cast with Taylor Kitsch, JD Pardo, Constance Wu, Riley Keough and most interesting of all Sean fricking Gunn who I guess is playing a villain.

Yeah when I saw him, I was like, “Wait… is that who I think it is?” I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in anything that wasn’t directed by his brother so it will be interesting to see how he does here.

Two episodes in and really liking it. Even Pratt is just fine so far in this role. Didn't realize that this was from the Jack Carr books. I had Terminal List on my Kindle but hadn't read it yet. I'll be sure to read that quick now. :)

I really enjoyed this, but I don't think it needed to be 8 episodes. It felt really drawn it out by the time it got to the middle portion and honestly it would have made a lot more sense had it been made as a film, especially once you get to the final episode and see how everything is pretty much wrapped up in the end.

That being said I love gritty, violent, grim stuff like this which won't be for everybody, but I was hooked as soon as that first episode ended and overall, the show always held my attention.

Kudos to Pratt trying to do something different and really showing his range here and while his character isn't the most interesting, I'd still take the meaty material he got to work with in this than any of the bland, generic stuff he was being given in all three of those Jurassic World films or The Tomorrow War.

I also loved how Constance Wu and Taylor Kitsch were utilized the most throughout this show.
