whats the skinny on the new nbc comedy adventure chuck?:ninja:

will be nice if we do have a complete series set come out soon/not to far from the upcoming 5th season release. But since we havent heard anything yet. If one will happen its probably awhile from happening.

Could almost bet on a Christmas / Holiday 2012 thing

that would be great so could be announced around the time 5th season set comes out and still gives us/them time to whip one up. But its nicer when a final season and a complete series set comes out at same time. But either way if there is a complete set would be great to see what they include.

If they could add some really cool stuff to make rebuying the whole series worth it than I can wait. And please do a Blu Ray version of the complete series set.

Well since its been on dvd/bluray sets prior I am sure if it was to have a complete set it would have bbluray release. but ya wold have to have some good bonus stuff, and be a reasonable price..

finally watched the last 2 episodes and it didn't end the way i would have liked. everything was good. fitting end to all the characters stories except Chuck and Sarah. :down

My only worry is that we're talking about WB and it seems like they look for reasons at times not to release something. AS for price I think $125-150 would be a gold price for a BR set. $25-30avg per season would be around what you see the seasons on sale for. What would you guys like to see as bonus stuff in a complete series set? The only thing I can really think of is
Buy More related things like a fake application or employ hand book. Didn't they also show a Carmichael Industries hand out of some sorts at the Spy convition(or whatever you would call it) and then the later revised
version after retiring from being spies? Something like that would be cool also.

Yeah it was kind of a Bittersweet ending.

‘Chuck’ Star Zachary Levi To Topline Fox’s Comedy Pilot ‘Let It Go’, Lifting Contingency
By NELLIE ANDREEVA

EXCLUSIVE: Zachary Levi is back on pilot duty and back on the half-hour comedy beat. The Chuck star has been tapped as the male lead of Fox’s single-camera comedy pilot Let It Go, lifting the cast-contingency on the project. Let It Go, from Sony Pictures TV, is an ensemble comedy about a married couple, the husband played by Levi, his best friend and her sister as they try to navigate, negotiate and sometimes manipulate society’s unspoken rules. DJ Nash wrote the script and is executive producing with Peter Tolan and Michael Wimer. This marks Levi’s return to half-hour comedy series following his breakout role on ABC’s Less Then Perfect. From it, he segued to spy dramedy Chuck, which just finished its five-season run on NBC. Levi was one of the most sought-after actors this pilot season, fielding at least half a dozen offers.

Damn. Levi's moving on quick. I thought he'd take a bit more of a break before jumping into a potentially full-time gig.

Those would be fun bonus stuff. And congrats to levi landing a pilot. If it goes to series def check it out.

Everybody working on a Fox sitcom is praying they soon become the next Arrested Development.

Well fox lookks to be bringing back comedy blocks to go against abc and cbs stuff. sitcoms seem to be bbest for networks low production costs and chance to hit off better with audiences and last. Then tying millions of dollars into event shows like lost/terra nova and all.

if Levi is in it, I will watch it

Chuck: Seasons 1 - 5 Blu-ray Set

In May, Warner Home Entertainment will bring Chuck: Seasons 1 - 5 to Blu-ray. This set bundles the entire run of the cult action-comedy series about Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, Tangled), a "Buy More" computer geek who becomes an unwitting secret agent when he downloads government secrets into his brain.

The package includes:

Chuck: The Complete First Season
Chuck: The Complete Second Season
Chuck: The Complete Third Season
Chuck: The Complete Fourth Season
Chuck: The Complete Fifth Season

Warner has not yet specified the supplementary and technical details for this nineteen-disc Chuck collection, though it appears that the specifications from the individual season releases have all carried over to this deluxe edition.

Chuck: Seasons 1 - 5 is expected to street on May 8th.

Going to pass on this since I already have the first 4 seasons on Blu, and really hate double dipping.
