Lower than I expected.

Ehh, Civ is always a bit light in the beginning. And honestly, the changes can be rough on people who have a preference to earlier Civs. I've seen enough that I am quietly counting down the minutes till my early access starts.

Yeah, I can understand some of the lower scores. The game is taking some time getting used to. And likely, the reviewers have the tutorials on, and those keep tossing new info at you.

I would not be shocked if the expansions are full ages, with not much civs for the previous ages. Because the legacy paths definitely feel like they are made to have alternate paths we have not gotten yet. Probably going to get support for Ancient and Exploration victory conditions first.
