whats weird though is that on the carhartt website it says "carhartt in media" and smallville is not listed in movies or television

Probably because the wardrobe folks on SV remove the Carhartt logos and then further "bastardize" (LMAO!) the jackets by dying 'em bright red or blue. The jackets are *almost* unrecognizable as Carhartts after the SV folks are done with them.

That said.... they've TOTALLY missed out on a great marketing angle and cross promotion with Warners.

Carhartt jackets can handle the typical car wrecks with ease...

Average fires...

Explosions...

Meteor showers...

And even orbital reentry...

Ah yes, Carhartt: "Tough enough for Superman." LOL!!!

Somebody in their marketing department has been sleeping on the job. :P

Polo: Ralph Lauren makes a red and/or blue jacket that looks close to what Clark wears. I do not believe it is the actual jacket that is displayed on Smallville; but Polo does make a red and/or blue jacket.

wait ralph lauren makes the red ones too? The only ones I saw were blue and tan. Where did you see red?
