That would be really interesting and I think I would like it if they did that. Hopefully they'll do something like that when they come back in January...but something tells me if they were going to do it in the first nine episodes they'd be hyping it already...

who knos they could be goin for a shocking twist type thing or they might just leave it till ltr in the season

once oliver is gone they can have martian manhunter saving people and stuff and explain it as the whole time he was gone from the phantom zone he was just observing the culture lying low so he can learn how to protect it.

There was talk about this in another thread, it could be that the seven points of light were only for corporeal phantom zone escapees, not the non-corporeal kind, the phantoms like Dr. Hudson.

There have been only three corporeal ones besides Clark that we've seen so far: Raya, The Vine lady and Battista, so there could be three more actual criminals plus an untold number of phantoms.

I dont think the number of lights in the sky was meant to be the number of phantom zoners. Let's face it, they had ones that landed in South America and you wouldnt see that over the sky in Kansas.

We also dont know how many PZers could be in each point of light. There couldve been multiples for all we know...
