And, the only reason you hate N3 so much is because people are comparing HS to it, and since you're so defensive of basically everything the PS3 is putting out so far.. you'd defend it to the grave.![]()
Extromaniac said:Oh, also, until Bethesda confirms a PSP version of Oblivion, don't count on it. Otherwise.. if there is.. the graphics will look like total **** and the rendering distance will be about 10 feet. :0
Zenien said:I seriously doubt that PS3 games are going to cost more then 360 games.
Wrong, I dislike N3 because it's a bad game, or simply just not a style of game that I like. The only army battle game I ever liked is Otogi, and N3 isn't an Otogi, not by a long stretch. The reason I 'hate' N3 is because it doesn't play or look like much; and having played the demo I can say it's the same DW clone that I thought it would be without any of the atributes that made Otogi a worth while game.
The whole N3/HS thing wasn't started by me. WHF started it way back when in a Heavenly Sword thread I made. He said that N3 stomped all over Heavenly Sword technically speaking, which is a total joke.
THAT'S what started the blood feud.

If they could make a morowind game for the Ngage, they could make one for the PSP.
Extromaniac said:Yes, but that game looked like total ass. It looked like the original Arena game. Now, with the PSP.. it might barely get the level of graphics as Morrowind.![]()
It's a handheld, it's not a ****ing PC or console.. so it's graphics will never be even 1/4 as good as the console port.

Sony Computer Entertainment America president Kaz Hirai has commented on the potential price of PlayStation 3 software for the first time, as part of an interview printed in the August issue of consumer publication PSM Magazine.
When asked whether PlayStation 3 games would be priced in the same range as Xbox 360 titles (currently $59.99 for most high budget titles), Hirai suggested that: Generally speaking, over the past twelve years or so, there has been a consumer expectation that disc based games are maybe $59 on the high end to $39 on the low end. So, what I can say now is, I think it would be a bit of a stretch to think that we could suddenly turn around and say PS3 games now $99.99."
The price of video games is currently a subject of great debate in the industry, with publishers such as Activision maintaining that a price increase is needed to cover next generation development costs. Conversely, many developers feel games are too expensive, as evidenced in Gamasutras recent podcast featuring Brian Eddy of Midway Games and Bethesda Software's Todd Howard.
Hirai continued his answer by saying, I don't think consumers expect software pricing to suddenly double. So, the quick answer is that we want to make it as affordable as possible, knowing that there is a set consumer expectation for what software has cost for the past twelve years. That's kind of the best answer I can give you. So, if it becomes a bit higher than $59, don't ding me, but, again, I don't expect it to be $100.

Only seeing what you want to see, as always, Zen?
