Hahaha. Priceless.

Zenien said:Well then it come down to what you enjoy more. See God of War is a fun adventure game where you rip peoples hearts out and eat their children. It's more about the overall experience (music, visual, viseral, story, cinimatic design) then straight up gameplay. It has fun gameplay BECAUSE everything is so insanely well done and polished.
Devil May Cry is like the other end of the spectrum, it has BAD to OK everything BUT combat (imo). To use a fighting game analogy, what do you enjoy more:
Virtua Fighter, or Soul Calibur
Virtua Fighter is like DMC where as it's mechanics oriented and can be seen as sort of dry otherwise. Soul Calibur has simpler mechanics, but it all flashy and stuff.
I'm sure if you're a masochist who enjoys min maxing yourself in games, you could get more replay value out of Devil May Cry (easilly), God of War will draw you back to replay the game in it's entirety, but not because you necessarilly want to get a perfect rating on X level. God of War has a better "world" and it has nice unlockable out of game extras that are like maybe an hours worth of content (videos, developer comentary and such).
Personally I enjoy God of War more but I want to like Devil May Cry. It's just that DMC is like the same thing over and over with increasing levels of difficulty and weapons, Dante himself is annoying in DMC3, the mechanics of DMC3 are awesome, but the world, character, level design, sound effects, could all use some work.
Well mainly they just need to shut Dante up in DMC3.
