inside man was same year as children of men and the international was forgettable and I have box office numbers to back that claim. He's a good actor I just wish he would do bigger movies and get some recognition.

The International wasn't a box office hit but his acting along with the plot was impressive. The film just didn't get enough attention. In addition, nobody viewed 'bankers' as evil... until AFTER 2009.

I did.


It has decent action but they try to condense so much into the story it almost becomes hard to follow. The performances were good and I especially liked Clive Owen.

Yeah Clive Owen was awesome, same with Dominic Purcell. They were the only ones who seemed like they were having fun with their roles.

Its a pretty dull flick. Not much going on and even when there is some action its too little save it. Not the worst flick but nowhere near good.

Story was really muddled. Like they were trying to make a complex action movie like Ronin but the execution failed.

Also the trailers for this movie were terrible. They were extremely misleading and completely changed the actual plot of the movie.

Going by the trailer you would think that Clive Owen was the bad guy and he kidnapped Robert DeNiro and Statham is trying to save him.

So Clive Owen is not the bad guy? Or is it just a little more complex than that? Cause I did get the impression that Owen was the bad guy.

He's the antagonist but not a bad guy. Statham has a very good reason to do the things he is doing, and his conscience constantly bothers him, but Owens has a perfectly good reason to try to stop him.

This movie has rental written all over it. I hope Yvonne Strahovski will find other movies that get better reviews and box office performance.

Hope she finds other movies where she actually gets to do something. When heard she was in a movie about assassins/hitmans I thought she would be one of them. But all interest in this movie went down when she's just a love interest.
