No, not for a movie. Those are figurines. I own both of them. So far there are no plans for a Call of Cthulu movie.

The sketch of the monsters face looks very very close. Move the little breathing sacs closer down on the cheeks and you pretty much have it. But the sketch of the parasites is a little off.

I remember their mouths looking more like the bugs from Starship Troopers, and they had way more legs then just six.
