**** off, Coke.

Coke is seriously going to regret this once the photoshop trolls get ahold of these.

What could photoshop do with a picture like-oh, now I see it.

This seems like a reasonably good idea. What can possibly go wrong?

Pleasee don't drink coke. Your teeth are more important than your thirst. If you do have to drink it i recommend you use a straw so the liquid doesn't touch your teeth. Thank me later <3

Please don't let this be a thing. Do better, society.

Are you opposed to Coke going up the nose? That also completely avoids the teeth.

You can't eat highly acidic fruits either because of the acidity. And coffee. No coffee. No sugar either...bacteria love sugar.

Soda in moderation is ok. Not flossing is more dangerous to your teeth than drinking coke.

Actually, flossing has not been shown to provide any benefit for your teeth.

Also, added sugar (like in pop) is a major health issue and is the reason why we have obesity problems in North America. I'm not talking about sugar in fruit, I'm talking about the sugar that is added to foods like pop, cookies, gluten free products, etc etc.

I'll continue to floss. You can't brush in between your teeth and bacteria that sit in between your teeth eat sugar and produce acid...that rots your teeth.

How did this Segway into an obesity discussion?

Actually, actually, that finding was taken a bit out of context. Essentially somebody got around to looking over the mediocre studies that were done and found them all to be pretty biased as well as playing fast and loose with the "scientific method". As Chaseter pointed out, there are bacteria that lives between the teeth but twice daily mouthwash such as Listerine does a pretty good job of killing it too.

I refuse to believe that a thread that originally started with a bunch of oral sex jokes has now become a discussion about the importance of brushing and flossing. I didn't know what the definition of "failing upwards" was until today. :o
