Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.
Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well:

Magneto may be able to manipulate the energy in the cells of Superman's body. He did it to Phoenix who is much more powerful as well as being an energy manipulator as well.

Magneto can sap the "yellow sun" light/energy that empowers Superman. And since this is the Chamber, three is no sun-light for Supes to get back his strength.

And since when can Magneto "sap" the solar energy out of someone? Did I miss that ability somewhere?

In an old issue of X-Men, Magneto used a "magnetic bottle" to suck the energy out of Phoenix when she was attacking him. This was shortly after she first gained the Phoenix force. She had just recently defeated Firelord and thought that her power was limitless and she did not understand the power or her reaction to it.

He controls the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He can bend light and such. Apply that to what is said in Surfer's post above, and there you have it: a depowered Superman in The Chamber. And given how Magneto keeps his force field up at all times, hard to tell if Supes will be able to bash him before he eventually gets depowered.

Believe me, I think it is dumb too...but with that knowledge Magneto can beat Superman.
