not gonna lie, I'm disappointed that detective and dark knight are selling higher than so many other superior dc titles

overall though, it looks like dc is still kicking ass, and it's well deserved

Wow I didn't think DC would have a better second month but congrats to them. I mean outselling the Spidey title and the Avengers books is no small feat in today's comic book sales market. So glad Wonder Woman is the top selling female book & in the top 15. The premiere super heroine deserves to be the queen of the sales.

It really doesn't bother me when most of DC's superior titles are still very healthy. I'd be disappointed if those books were doing great while Animal Man, Aquaman, Swamp Thing, Batwoman, Demon Knights, and Stormwatch were languishing. But they're not, so it's all good.

Was there any doubt she would be in the end. Batgirl outselling Wonder Woman that first month was probably just a fluke based on the controversy surrounding Babs being back. When it comes to female characters, Wondie is generally always at the top of that hill. It's usually just not a very big hill, hopefully it stays up.

Allow me to reiterate. Sure she outsold the likes of She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel and both versions of Kara Zor-L in recent memory. However this is the first time she's sold on the level of top dog books and reached top 15 status in a very long while. It's been years since that has happened & it's quite well deserved. The fact that she's leading and other DC females (poor Voodoo though) are following with very solid sales bodes well for a lot of female solo books in the DCnU and hell the comic industry in general.

Yeah, it has been awhile. I guess the last relaunch was the last time she was in the top 15; I think she was even in the top 5 for an issue or two then.
