What the heck, i'm bored. It's snowing and no one wants to go see Cloverfield with me, so thought i'd post this. All comments and suggestions are welcome. I have another shelf besides this that im currently working on that upon completion will feature an ass load of 90's animated Spidey figures, Marvel Selects, and some other crap...

Anyway, the current shelf....

Recognize some of those figures Roughneck? :yay:

Stay tuned for some close-ups...

Nice. Are they simply just placed there, or are you using something to keep them from occasionally falling?

They're just placed there. The only one that ever falls over is Man-Wolf, and that's rare....he's just kind of a crappily made figure, unfortunately...

Yeah.. I'm on a search to find something to keep some of my figs up. Most of them stay put, but I have 2 or 3 that aren't made very well and I have to contort their legs in all different directions to get them to stand.

Try placing them in different spots on the shelf. I've found that helps a bit as well...

Just put some Blue tak on the bottom of their feet, you don't need a lot, sometimes you only need to put it on one foot.

i reckon you could have some really awesome battle poses with them, just with the space you got and the sort of shelves you got

like spidey vs sinister 6 etc :D

needs some posing help... and utilize the wall behind the shelves... otherwise, good start

It is good, but for my tastes the shelves are a little sparse....it's you collection, but maybe go for some dynamic poses and try to turn them into little scenes....fights, or even just a meeting of the Sinister Syndicate or smething.....Also With ock and that particular type of shelf I think he could be in a great pose in one of the upper corners, support three or all of his tentacles to the sides/wall/top and have him hanging there....if dnoe right it can be one hell of a great looking pose.

agrees with rough, other then the very top shelf, everything else just looks kinda boring

As discussed in another thread, I do love the Diamond Select sinister Six Diorama set.....I got Sandman (Came with Black Spidey...with no base to put him on and big pegs in his feet...GRRRR) and I bought a mysterio but got a Bowen Full Statue instead......large profit margin there....but the statue set kind of fizzled.....

But I do have thier Silver Age X-men set (minus Mags), Dark Phoenix Saga set and the Modern X-men set

Thanks for the suggestions guys...i'll work on that.

i wish they would make a fig like that mysterio on the top shelf.

ya my page was loading slow and i only saw the top shelf, and i thought "woah, sweet mysterio custom"
then i realized it was a statue
heres my suggestions
1-dr strange should be levetating 1 or 2 ways, you have to have a flight stand if you have kingpin since he was in face off sets,or fishing line,it would be real easy to attach to the shelves you have
2-human torch should be flying too
3-you have 5 goblins,4 of them should be flying on gliders
4-black spidey looks cooler hanging upside down
5-atleast one spidey should be web slinging or on the side of the shelf
6-mysterio and sandman are in dumb positions, make them standing straight or fix the way their legs look, looks like they were falling and you took a pic of them mid fall
