Cookbooks recommendations?

Hi everyone. Today I bought a house (yay) and although my cooking skills are ok I can definitely increase my food repertoire.

Does anyone know of any easy to cook recipe books? Nothing that requires a Michelin star or two to operate.

I'm looking at a lot of Lorraine pascals books at the moment, she's so lovely
