Friend of mine on facebook says RIP to Dorner and that we'll never know the truth and that the truth died with him and that he hopes he's alive, blah blah blah. Like this guy was some hero fighting for the people. Anybody who murders a woman and her fiance because of who her father is isn't a hero. And if there were hostages in this situation than it definitely perplexes me why anyone can condone his actions just because the LAPD is scum. I don't doubt that the LAPD is scum, but so was Dorner.

I feel sorrow for the downed officers, and for Dorner's Mother. What his mother said was true bad things happen to good people, Dorner wasn't the first and wont be the last its just the way bureaucracy happens sometimes. His actions though made him not a good person simple as that.

Do I think that Dorner was trying to report what he honestly thought was excessive force? Yes, but when the investigation turned up nil, he should have fought it a different way. I just keep thinking about how proud his mother probably was. Then he took away someone else's child.

LAPD Cmdr. Andy Smith Tuesday night said that despite earlier reports, Christopher Dorner’s body has not been recovered from a burned out cabin where he was holed up during a deadly shootout with authorities earlier today.

Los Angeles police are now contradicting media reports that a body was found in the cabin.

No body has been found in the cabin, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman told reporters moments ago. The cabin is still burning and is too hot to search, he said.

So there still could be a body there in theory. We are just back to square one... not knowing anything.
