Corona and other diseases

An angry looking untrained man, who is just as likely to shoot himself or a random person on the street, then any "bad guy".
This particular guy from the description sounds like he has no interest in helping out with bad guys anyway. Just intimidating normal, unarmed folks who ask him to wear a mask.

He is a bad guy.

That is literally the reason why these clowns walk around with rifles. They is no other reason then to "prove the point" that they can. Who needs a rifle to go to a fair or get fast food?

They will most likely get an exception, or they will just let them get away with it anyways. But imagine if the didn't. Imagine if they actually took action.

I'm assuming Jacksonville has a Republican mayor? Or is Desantis the reason it landed the convention? To Google!

Back from Google... Yeah. He's a Republican. Doubtful any authority locally will enforce anything.

Huffpost - Mississippi Mayor Has A Blunt Message For Coronavirus Conspiracy Theorists

Last week, Shelton signed an order requiring face coverings for most people in indoor public and business spaces.

“My job as mayor is do to my best to keep our community safe, not make easy or politically popular decisions,” he wrote, then added:

“Also, ANTIFA is not coming to Tupelo, Elvis statues are not being removed, you are not the target of some type of global conspiracy, it is impossible to erase history and no one has attempted to do so, COVID is not a hoax, you shouldn’t believe and share posts that are obviously false or used as political propaganda, and there is nothing ‘liberal’ about any of the actions that have been taken by our administration regarding these matters.”

The truth is, a lot of people would rather have never shutdown in the first place, and now that they get any "freedom" they take it the extra mile right out of the gate. They aren't worried about getting sick. They think they will beat it, and if others die, they don't care as long as they aren't their friends or family.

And they will be as difficult and deliberately obtuse to any solutions in fighting the virus as well. Whether this be refusal to wear masks, vilify others who do, refuse to participate in contact tracing efforts by either not downloading tracing apps or refuse to be co-operative in tracing chain strategies, shout down vaccine progress, picket protest the opening of salons etc.

I've seen a gun of any type only a handful of times in my whole life. I wouldn't be surprised if there were many people in the UK who had never seen one.

The last time I saw a gun in southern California, it was on TV.....people just don't carry around weapons. People would kind of freak out.

I live in NE Ohio and the only people I’ve ever seen carrying guns are cops.

Not for me, I have seen people walking around here with guns and in one place where it's illegal to have a gun but they still did it

If people saw someone walking down a mall or something with a rifle, they would literally scatter. It just doesn't happen here, or in my other habitats (San Francisco and Santa Cruz).

I work at Family Dollar (the competition) and we as employees are supposed to wear masks, but Corporate told us we can't refuse customers for not wearing them. :whatever:

What state do you live in? Because about a month ago there was an incident at a Family Dollar in Michigan(one of the states where it's mandatory to where a mask) where a security guard told a mother and her daughter they couldn't come in because the daughter wasn't wearing a mask. The daughter left, however the mother stayed and got into a verbal altercation with the guard. She spat on him which prompted him to tell the cashier not to ring her up. The mother left, however about twenty minutes later, her husband and son came to the store and shot the guard.

This was in Flint though, which is one of the most unsafe cities in Michigan. I think the fact that a Family Dollar needed a security guard to begin with shows how bad things can get there.

Same hete. It's even jarring to see a gun on a cop, I see one so seldom.
