This sums it up almost totally:
Seder basically says exactly what I think when some in society are trying to shame us into feeling bad for Trump or trying to make it as though if anyone harbors ill will towards Trump that somehow that's out of line.
I think people should be given a lot of leeway in terms of this after what we have all been going through this year.
Some people want to have some goddamned accountability for once in our lives for evil and powerful men who have through ignorance, ego and greed ruined the lives of the masses. Not so surprisingly, some of us feel that it's morally outrageous and just dumb frankly, that we are being asked to extend ANY consideration, and in fact I would suggest that this attitude, this "Hey guys... Let's be FAIR to the racist, corrupt, treasonous (I DON'T CARE IT'S NOT LEGALLY BINDING OR ACCURATE, THE POTUS HAS BETRAYED US AS CITIZENS. WE ARE DYING BECAUSE OF HIM.) *******s whose incompetence is responsible for a number of deaths from a virus that equals the death toll of wars the nation has fought over the course of 10 plus months", THAT is part and parcel of how this movement of morons was allowed to rise to power in the first place.
Letting them get aways with this **** consistently is how we got HERE in the first place.
It's amazing that after all THIS we still have parts of society that think in a battle against the forces that are maliciously attacking the nation FROM WITHIN should be given considerations for, their supporter's in society's feelings or some asinine nonsense?
Honestly, under this rubric of what should and should not be talked about in these circumstances, people would not have been able to criticize the KKK or the Vietnam War during the 60's and 70's.
People are dying.
Honestly, who gives a **** about the feelings of a certain segment of society, namely, the very ones who brought this upon us all?
