Polling must not be that good for this many states to all of a sudden start lifting their mask mandates one after the other. Then again, who knows what all of the Olympians may bring back with them once the Winter games are over?

On Tuesday I fiinally got my long awaited third shot. I had to bail out on last tuesday when scheduled, due to still having some sniffling and dry coughing remains of a previous cold (and of course my government also had drastingly shortended the time required between the 2nd and 3rd shot, just a few day after I booked time in the first place, doh..). I got Moderna this time, the two other ones were Phizer. Some people says Moderna has "better statistics" than Phizer, but I don't know nor care. I'm just glad finally getting a bloody third shot. Who knows, we might need a 4th and 5th one before this frakking crap is over anyway.

Regarding my little appointment on Tuesday, that was over within less than half an hour including the mandatory 15min waiting afterwards; Just by considering the effectiveness, patience and care from the ever ridiculously hard working 24/7 health care staffs around the world during these two years (who would love luxury like vacation at this point), and their horrific experiences of people dying in front of them, I simply just can't detest anti-vaxxers enough.

So, what happens if they start handing out tickets......and then more tickets.......and then more tickets.....and if they aren't paid, those tickets multiply in cost and, eventually, your truck just gets taken away? A systematic approach working down the line of backed up vehicles.

Same here. Those hard working folks don't get near enough respect and credit.

During the worst periods (i my country) they've been working ridicoulsly hours over time, and there were not enough staff to relieve them.

But I also blame my country/government early on for not beeing ready for a pandemic like this, which turned out to be a severely high amount of early death figures amoung our elders. Our death figures compared to other similar countries, esp Scandinavian ones, are quite embarrissing IMO. Considering us Scandinavian countries working pretty much the same.
