Corona and other diseases

Have you guys started getting your flu shots yet?
My doc said to wait until November so it covers more of our season. I'm going to get mine the last week of October which I have off work, just in case it makes me sick for a day or so which can happen to some people.

All I'm hearing is quarantine fatigue. Boggles the mind. I mean the virus isn't slowing down at all so why should we?
It's going to be hard to get everyone on the same page for the whole duration, and unfortunately if a significant proportion of the population don't follow protocols for the whole time then it is still going to spread quickly. This is a challenge for the human race to protect their vulnerable members but their might not be enough brains around to achieve this unfortunately.

If a handful of morons just washed their damn hands, wore a mask and quarantined properly then we wouldn't need lock downs or further restrictions.

So many people are dying or losing their jobs and businesses because a minority of self centered jackasses can't follow a few rules that minorly inconvenience them.

The fines have started dropping.

Coronavirus: Rule-breakers hit with £1,000 fines - including two people in virus hotspot Bolton

You know, we have these Nightingale hospitals in the UK which have been created in the event that the NHS hospitals were overwhelmed with Covid-19 cases.
Thankfully, they were never really needed. But I believe they are are still available.

So, I suggest that for those that are flouting the rules and are caught out. How about as well as the fine, they are sent to a Nightingale hospital for two weeks?
That way society knows they are unable to infect anyone and are able to be cared for if needed.

Seems sensible to me...

Hopefully the current travel restrictions will keep this out of other countries;

So Trump blocked the USPS to deliver free masks to every household in America in April.

Because it's helping people get less of a viral load, which research suggests has a correlation with the severity of one's case?

I haven't been posting much around here lately but if you remember I had the coronavirus at the beginning of April. Finally starting to get some of my sense of smell back and just got the antibody test today and it showed I still have antibodies in my system.
