I tell yea when the Japanese want to Cosplay they'll cosplay.
I havn't seen any other countries that are as good of cosplayers.
I may be wrong though. I just expect that all asian cosplayers are Japanese.
Who knows, some might be Chinese or Korean or somin...

The ones about those boys. And yeah, most of these girls have decent racks, sure, but they're not...developed as the characters themselves are. But then again, that's not really something many Japanese women actually have. That's an American/European trait.
