Whoa, whoa, whoa!

Babe 2? Sure the first Babe is vastly superior but by no means was it as bad as the fella is trying to make it out.

:funny: Guy must have really been scarred by the entire thing if he's bringing up a movie from 1998. Geesh.

With that said I think the execs at Universal are some of the better, honest and more daring one's in the business. Heck they gave the greenlight on 47 Ronin which I'm greatly looking forward to and the entire thing is a giant 175 million dollar risk but I'm glad they're making brave moves like that.

I finally got to watch the movie and I thought it would stink but it was surprisingly good.

Olivia looked gorgeous on blu ray

Audio was superb

The extended version was great.

Shame it tanked at the boxoffice.

Been meaning to get this on Blu-ray, enjoyed it in the theaters and think it's unfortunate it underperformed. I guess 2011 was just such a competitive Summer for movies, though.

When is the summer not a competitive time for movies?

Movie was bleh. Glad I didn't see it in theaters.

Exactly. Some good movies do tank but Cowboys and Aliens was not one of them. It was painfully generically directed and acted and the script was terrible and damn near non-existent. The movie's biggest problem was the fact that it was a complete and utter bore.

I was really looking forward to this, didn't get a chance to see it in the theaters and when I finally saw was pretty disappointed.

It became boring pretty fast and I actually found myself just waiting for it to get over.

Still trying to figure out the point of Olivia's character ...

I like Wilde and certainly think that her performance was more interesting to watch that Daniel Craig's but her character served no purpose what-so-ever. There goes more of that bad screenwriting.

The ONLY thing I didn't like about this movie was how the indians pop up out of nowhere...but other than that, I was entertained.

I found the movie to be entertaining. Nothing groundbreaking but an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours on a Summer afternoon.
