Custom "The Dark Knight" Joker Lego Figure

Hey everyone, quite some time ago I made version #1 of Heath Ledger's Joker. Later a lego decal printer called kaminoan asked if these could be put up on his site, I was glad but dissatisfied with my old work so I restarted and made the decal about 1 month ago, since then it's really been ironing out everything with him now I'm pleased to show the final fig to you all: It'll be up for sale here in a bit

But why isn'nt the 'hair' partly green?
