I haven't heard any news or press release from Lego regarding any Dark Kinght Rises themed Lego sets.
However there is this small but extremely significant hint/mistake Lego released in a rather small and unnoticed set only found at Toys R Us in the last Month.
Notice the Original Design of the mask on the Instruction sheet and packaging. The actual figure included in the set however (figure on the left) has a completely new design for the mask bearing a uncanny likeness to the Nolan version. The figure on the right was released in sets in Dec/Jan 2012 and this has been the mold used since 2006. So just recently Lego has made new tooling, obviously not just for this $5.00 set.
Apparently Nolan isn't the only one able to keep cards hidden up his sleeve.
