Ships today...Out in a few places (not near me)...Releases tomorrow....What do you guys think? IGN gave it a 7.7. I'm actually excited for it now (not due to the review). It looks like the perfect plend of GoW and Resident Evil 4...The multiplayer modes seem like a blast as well.

I was interested in this game a while back, but lost interest after a few videos i saw that i didnt think looked too good. Ill prolly end up checking it out at some point tho.

I got mine... for PS3 though. It's hard but really fun. It takes some time getting used to the controls and how to use the glaive. I'm really enjoying it.

So I'm boring this from a friend for the PS3. It's not horrible, but it's not great either. Anyway, I'm about to start Chapter 4 and I've been picking up weapon upgrades, but how do you use them? I can't figure out how to open up the black market or anything. So how do you use the black market and where is it?

And also, before I go wasting all my upgrades on my handguns, how many other guns do you get in the game? Should I save my upgrades and use them on better guns later in the game?

I asked my friend, but I've gotten further than him as he doesn't like the game. He's borrowing my copy of heavenly sword.

There arent that many guns...The black market is pretty much a sewer cap you'll encounter. It'll stand out because it will highlight...I agree with the game not being horrible, but not great. It's extremely mediocre.

Yeah, a renter at best. I was really thinking that once I got to control the flight of the glaive that it would be awesome. But it's really clunky how you go about gaining the control and the flight doesn't last long enough to make it worth it. But for anyone who does like visuals when controlling the glavie, check out Stranglehold. I don't know if it's on PC or not. But that's a great action game for the PS3 and you can watch your bullet hit it's target which is sweet and reminds me of the glaive control.

I think the game is very unbalanced with some stuff being a breeze while what should be simple enough ends up being a daunting task. The only trouble with the baddies in the game I've had so far was with that stupid helicopter in the first chapter. But other than that, the villains are easy, but figuring how to open some of the doors so far as been frustrating.

Yes, the game is in all honesty, a rental at best. I just beat it after playing over two days...

I don't recall the first time I came across the black market...But they're normally near the beginning of most Chapters or even after a loading section. They're big silver pannels in the ground, normally with a white grafitti symbol on the wall near it. Hope that helps.

oh, I have noticed a silver panel, kind of like a hatch in the ground. But I walked over and tried to interact and nothing. Maybe it was a game glitch or something. I was wondering what it was doing there but I guess I didn't try hard enough. I'll try again though. And thanks yet again.

well it wasn't hyped that much.... like Halo 3. But you have to take it for what it's worth. I personally hate Killzone and how it labeled itself "teh halo killa" this game has some solid gameplay but the story is horribly written. Spoiler!!!!

The suit has no effect on your character other than his looks. Which doesnt make sense to me but idk. And the ending... WTF. Talk about no innovation. I was really excited for this and was suprised by it, both good and bad.


End Spoiler. Rent it and give it a shot. The levels could have been better but for some odd reason I feel this game will be a trilogy as cliche as that sounds.
