if you get a new weapon/costume piece (in this case gloves) can you retain the look of your original character design without losing its power.
i want cap to look as i originally intended...not with spikey gloves (see Below)

couldnt get the helmet right so i removed it!!
i think it looks good without tho!

nice look.
if you go to the tab with the mask on it on the bottom you can lock the costume so no matter what you put on nothing changes

only thing bout getting it from steam is u don't get a nice paper manual in front of you!!

but thats not the glove you want to change...its the weapon
on the same screen go all the way to the bottom to change weapon to fists

The group chat is pretty buggy. Voice and text stops working sometimes and then you have to regroup or reboot. Kinda annoying. But this is the sort of thing a young MMO sorts out after a while.

I do wish there was a screenshot ability for PS3. They already added in the feature where you can upload pics to places like photobucket with a PS3 already, it just adds in one extra step of having to get your computer involved. Plus...I have to keep taking pics with my DSI for it (since it can upload pics easily to the net), which despite the game looking great on my TV, makes the pics look crappy with that blurred DSI low resolution camera.


Anyway, here's my first visit inside of the JLA main room. Thought it'd be a good time to take an updated pic.

To be honest, while it's annoying at first, I'm really liking how they did the costume changing. It seems limiting at first, but you're not stuck with what you create originally. In fact, I had an idea at first of using a split cape like seen in my pics from the beta....but now I'm digging the robot wings I found. Occasionally changing bits around when you get a new style helps you create an even more awesome look than you might normally have.


My only downside to the above tho is that during create you can change the look of individual pieces colors. There have been boot designs that I liked better, but couldn't really use because the wrong colors were on the wrong parts. You can still change your pallete, just not for like just the boots, or just the hands like in the beginning.

i couldn't have captain Britain for some reason so i am cpt Britain..i think im on the virtue and vice spot.
got him quite close i thought..just need to get his gloves back..ill post a pic once i done this..
