Any kind of magic that has a green tint to it, then my Al Simmons character will be complete.

I had the day off today & my good guy character on Justice was on level 8 this morning. Now he is on level 16 :woot:

Copycat. My female villain I replaced my previous one with. Sorcery. Going to give her alot of iconic abilities. Kind of a like magical female Taskmaster.

Each power class has two sets to choose from. Do you guys stick with one set or do you interchange them? I seem to be mostly sticking with one set and maybe that's one of the things hurting me out there.

What kind of other powers after Electricity would you guys want them to add to the game?

Atomic should be fun too. Captain Atom has always been one of my favs

I'd also like to see stuff added to the existing sets, like Animal Summoning for Nature.

Ha, you would :p. Well if you get your animals, I want a pestilence powerset. Flinging viruses and bacteria all over the place.

I've been sticking to one power tree on all my characters. Same with weapons, though I might explore the option of using 2 weapons on future characters

Did a toyman/Stryker island daily today it was fun. Got allegiance marks for them. I liked flying aroun as rocket Randy shooting lasers from my eyes. Was tricky to get to platform at first had no idea what was happening.

I just joined the Justice League and I had to choose between a necklace and the Justice League logo. It wouldn't let me select the JL logo, even after I logged out and back in, so I went with the necklace...

I've been sitting in the Que forever for Arkham Asylum! I'm getting annoyed that I have not been able to do ONE arena yet. Would this go faster if I was grouped? Anyone playing Hero on Justice (ps3) want to help me out?

Something bugged me more in game today than the freezing lol. So I`m on Nightbeat, Sorcery/Staff, and I finally get in that Watchtower instance. I get grouped with this dual pistol dude named "Lost". So I continually go in the rooms first as the other two just keep setting back.

We get to the boss, and I start the attack. That Lost dude just keeps flying away from the enemies. Finally we wipe, and he suddenly says it's hopeless and stands outside of the boss door *****in. The other guy is saying just to give it atleast one more try. Then Lost asks me if I'm Sorcery, and I say yeah. Then he goes off on me on how I'm the worst player in the game since I wasn't a healbot as a Sorcery char, and that I should give up on life since I was attempting DPS.

Tells go back and forth, and embarrasingly I type one line as a Shout. I was saying how Sorcery acyually has good DPS abilities, final ruin is beastly and low cost, damaging summons and AOE's, even self DPS buffs. I also said how Nightbeat was my second lvl 30, and how I was in beta, so it's not like I just created that character. However that's what I said in shout lol, got a "cool story bro" from someone who thought I was just trying to brag in /shout chat lol.

I guess I still get bugged by that type tho. The MMO crowd that thinks you're useless unless you're spec'd exactly how they think you should be. Funny tjing is usually the DCUO crowd is quiet. Think I saw more spam tells from this Lost guy than I've seen chat from everyone else put together.

Aalmost forgot, today I saw this really awesome pair of wings. They looked angelic but orange, and fire extended down off of them to make it look like the wings also extended downward. Anyone know what style that is?

Ignore those people. In every game, there's someone telling you that you're doing things wrong. MMOs are no different.

Honestly, I'd prefer a healer who can handle themselves in a fight than a straight healbot or DPS goon.

That's why I never make it known I have heal moves b/c then your team wants to tell you how to play your toon.

Actually I tried to, but couldn't figure out how to ignore lol. I looked on Social and couldn't find an ignore option, and /ignore isn't a command.

To tell the truth he didn't bug me as bad as /shouting part of the conversation lol. He was sending me so many tells, and I was questing that I lost track of typing /shout instead of /tell lol. The plus side tho was that after I explained in chat I actually got ppl to have a conversation in Gotham for about 5 mins heh. Which is rare outside of asking for quest help or telling everyone a 30 is ganking lowbie areas.

Any non-DPS role makes the DPS players think they can boss you around, which I find ironic since people tend to try to get a tank and a healer first and then use DPS as filler.

Funny thing is, DCUO goes out of it's way to make all of that meaningless. I've completed every quest solo up to lvl 30, the Lantern stuff, everything. Most healing/tank abilities also have a dual role, so if you're dps stance it may increase damage instead of heal. It may be tougher without a tank or healer in Bludhaven, but it is very doable with nothing but dps. Granted I've yet to do a raid in DCUO....queued up for one but has yet to get going.

Don't get me wrong tho, if this was any other MMO I could understand. If you were in a group in WoW where your priest was tring to melee, and your mage trying to tank...yeah. DCUO tho? It's set up where even the Sorcery and Nature "healing" powers have pure viable DPS routes.

Personally I like it plus staff a lot. Toss up a shield for temp invulnerability, the plus 60 or so per hit for 5 or so seconds, start that fast fitting spin combo....not many npc's give me trouble solo outside of bosses. Then toss on a low cost final ruin range attack for 700-800 dmg, and if I get low a super charge invulnerability for me and full group heal...not even counting having a dps pet up watching your back and taking some dmg for you. Sorcery plus staff really has surprised me in it's power, stuns, and survivability.

(watching anime and typing on my DS to wind down a bit before bed. Apologize in advance for typing so much lol).
