Ive never done arenas. I have done hard alerts and duos but not arenas

The flying brawling bug doesnt make you invincible. All someone has to do is ground/confuse/knock down and your back to regular damage. Not to say it isnt a bug they they need to fix.

It never made you invincible. Just made you hit like a truck. All the enemy has to do is root, stun, knockdown, knockback or ground you and it'll go back to normal, sure, but if it's still part of the same hit chain it's still going to be doing huge damage.

Not to mention you can hit shift to counter out of the knockback/root/whatever, tap f then start slapping again.

If anyone couldn't get into oolong last night or just plain yesterday it was cause I and a few others had to report it bugged. the damn thing on the second to last building is locked up to players where your supposed to face off against T.O. marow and Tornado Tyrant. It won't let you in the door. This is some thing I found that was in beta with chops and had it reported. apparently that alert has been like this for week but cause some of the people that played keep going with the lines of "oh it's MMo a few bugs happen they'll fix it. it's been like that even longer then it should have been unfortunitly . all cause those people playing and that talk like that are too plain lazy to make a bug report. it be like that for nearly two weeks now. Two I had to give stern bug report to sony since that thing was reported in beta and it resurfaced in the game now cause they ignored beta server 3 when that was reported.


Also I found out doing the blud heaven alert last night that noone can use group chat. it repeatedly fails. Stating error we had to use shout in that part of the game. the also went over to oolong as well. Hive moon is fine moon then again no one talked in that one I played in and they were all fallowing me cause I was a higher level then every one else and doing alot of charging.

Haven't had these problems at all.

Sounds intense. Anyway able to do arenas? I was tried one said it started in 5 minutes and nothing happened? How do I do them?

Having so much fun in the arena. Been getting a lot of 8v8. Its so intense and fun. When everyone gathers and start brawling. I let loose the bunker buster and take down 3-4 villains.

Strykers, Ace and Watchtower are all simple. You'll likely be able to blow throw them if your group is semi-competent. Smallville is pretty easy as well, but Arkham is a *****.

Not so much that it's hard, cause it's not. But the trash will take easily an hour and a half total, and the final boss is more a gear check than a skill check. It's a decently long fight and if your controllers don't have enough vit or your healers don't have enough rest then you're gonna end up wiping.

Easiest to hardest it's probably Watchtower > Strykers > Ace > Smallville > Arkham > Batcave > Khandaq.

This being the operative word...I got in with a group that thought they could do containment with three people...a healer, a controller and a DPS...it was not pretty

I tired arkham and only downed freeze we quit after that. Then tried the watchtower and couldn't beat the brainiac guy at the console. Then tried smallville and the guy who took us wanted to recreate his previous night. his insight consisted of "wait here". It was not pretty. Not to mention there was no sound in smallville.

Really don't know if I'm gonna continue the game when I have to start paying. So many bugs still there from the beta. Like the watchtower doors not opening. The sound. Duos are sometimes bugged. Freezing is the worst. I want to give it more time but I'm not sure if waiting a couple months then returning would be better than just putting up with the game as is.

I haven't froze much. My watchtower doors have only been closed once. Haven't gotten to Duos. The sound has been my worst enemy, and honestly it only bugs me vaguely.

Expect to be lost when you first start. These type of games are massive and take time to figure out where you want to go and what you're looking for. They give you arrows for the missions. I'm talking about where to buy certain gear and what stats you want to build up. You will be lost but once you get the hang of it you won't Have a problem. Also aks plenty of questions in game. if you don't understand something don't be afraid to ask something you feel is "dumb". It's how we learn.

No worries friend! While fun as hell, this game is hardly an MMO...atleast, in the traditional sense.

It really is more of a sheer action rpg - it strips away most of the 'hardcore' elements that make an MMO (crafting, gathering, such things).

Just dive in! You'll master it in minutes!

For my first hero I created I choose Superman as my mentor, things are going well and I really don't have trouble completeting quests problem is; for some odd reason I rarely get any quests from Superman. The only people that are giving me quests now are Batman and Wonderwoman, anyone knows why?

no its not a bug...you tend to get all their missions

yeah I am playing a hero mentored by Superman and had one mission from Superman to fight Gorilla Grodd at the begining and then I had to help Superman fight Lex and Metallo but that was around level 20
