DCEU Fight: Batman vs Green Arrow

Fight scenario here in the DC universe which has Bruce Wayne/Batman going up against Oliver Queen/Green Arrow...who wins? With weapons and being all tooled up

A comic writer...I can't remember who, I believe it was Bendis (but I could be wrong on that), once said "the answer to who would win in a fight, the Justice League or the Avengers is 'if its a Marvel book, the Avengers win, if its a DC book the JLA wins.'"

That is true of virtually any one of these "who beats who" hypotheticals. If its a Green Arrow movie, Green Arrow wins. If its a Batman movie, Batman wins.

Knuckle-to-knuckle, Batman wins every time. Historically, Batman has been portrayed as having the kind of skill level that would allow him to be UFC champ if he focused solely on martial arts.

If we're talking about the DCEU Bats with tech vs Arrowverse Green Arrow with tech, then I'd give the edge to GA simple because he's younger, faster, his tech more integrated with a hand-to-hand style than Batfleck.

How about if it's a realistic scenario based on the skills of both characters in a theoretical battle?

In my opinion, Batman would win if GA were stupid enough to get involved in a hand-to-hand fight with him. However, if Arrow used his weapons and his intelligence, Batman would be doomed. A bow and arrow is a perfect sniper weapon. Years ago there was a local murder where the weapon was a crossbow. The police chief described it as a silent, virtually untraceable assault rifle. Even using a longbow, Arrow could take Bats out from a quarter mile away with no problem. It's not like Batman has spider-sense or anything. One shot through his ridiculously unprotected face and it's game over for the bat of Gotham.

But Batfleck does hit like a truck. Like seriously. Im positive they gave him enhanced strength the way they exaggerate his hits. So Arrow would win if he doesnt start taking too many hits.

But Batfleck does hit like a truck. Like seriously. I'm positive they gave him enhanced strength the way they exaggerate his hits. So Arrow would win if he doesn't start taking too many hits.

Arrow would have to be doing it at range the entire time, but Batfleck can easily deflect and dodge or *shoot* back. At close range; it's no contest as much as both fighters look like they joined seal team 6. Arrow is barely armored up.

What about if Darkseid takes on Hawkeye's cat in a Marvel book?

Batfleck reminds me of a George Foreman type of fighter: age has robbed him of some dexterity and a little speed, but he's compensated with extra muscle and experience.

Based on the absolute ruthlessness displayed by Batfleck in the warehouse scene, I have to say Batfleck.

If it's a fight to the death, I still say Batfleck - sure Ollie would get some arrows into Bruce (not sure how tough the Bat-suit is), but Batfleck has his own projectile weapons and gadgets - more than enough to compensate.

Once things got into hand to hand range, Batfleck takes this, just on his mix of skill and viciousness. Ollie is very tough and skillfull but Batfleck has all that and is incredibly brutal and unconcerned about seriously maiming opponents. Ollie will knock guys out and kill when he has no choice, but Batfleck will inflict major injuries and broken bones and kill when necessary with a lot less hesitation and soul searching than Ollie.

Batfleck ruins Arrow. Not that Arrow is a slouch in any department, but just on the warehouse battle alone (as that's the only time we've seen Batman Batman), Batman pwns.

Yes, thank you for posting this because as we all know this is the Greatest Scene Ever Filmed By Anyone With a Camera. But I was referring to how stiff he looked in Justice League.
