Thought this could be fun to get a DCU CW version of the fighting competitions up. Plenty for Marvel already and CW has given us plenty of characters to pit against each other.

GUARDIAN VS. CITIZEN STEEL

GUARDIAN

High-level intellect/Great business acumen/Expert tactician/Leader: James is sharp-witted, intuitive and a capable leader as Cat Grant chose him to be in charge of CatCo Worldwide Media in her absence and can run it well.
  • Skilled investigator: James is a very skilled investigator; he can effectively search for information and follow clues.
Expert combatant/Martial artist: James has a black belt, although what level and in what style of martial arts was not revealed. He has demonstrated remarkable fighting skills, enough to match a former Navy SEAL in close combat and is also a skilled boxer.
Acrobatics/Free-running: James is an accomplished acrobat, he was able to successfully escape and evade the shots of a number of banks robbers and the attacks of the the significantly larger Parasite, as well as to scale vertical surfaces using a grappling hook.
Expert driver: James is an extremely skilled driver, especially of motorcycles.
Escape artist: James is able to escape places and hide effectively enough to evade the authorities.

GUARDIAN SUIT

Identity concealment: James relies on a silver helmet with a slit through the eyes so that he can see and protect his identity at the same time.
Grappling hook: A built-in grappling hook that extends on command. James once used this to swing around an enemy.
Retractable shield: A built-in shield that expands and retracts both automatically and on command. James often uses it to help him fight.
Bullet-proof material: The suit is made from bullet-proof material to protect James from being shot.
Lead-lined: The suit is lined with lead so that X-Ray vision doesn't work on the suit meaning those with X-Ray vision such as Superman, Supergirl and other Kryptonians can't see Olsen's face.
Lead aerosol spray: The suit is enabled with the ability with a type of dispensing system which creates an aerosol mist of liquid particles of lead. This is unleashed through a tube along his right arm which is connected through a payload on the backside of the suit which sprays the gas propellant under pressure when James enables it at his wrist. This is especially used against Daxamites and can causes them to experience what the aerosol's creator Winn calls "space asthma". The lead aerosol weakens Daxamites to level in which a human of James' size, weight and strength is able to fight against.
Voice alterer: The suit's helmet has a voice alterer to disguise James' voice so nobody can recognize it, not even Supergirl was able to recognize it.
Connection to Winn Schott: The suit's helmet has a camera built in to allow Winn to see it from his Star Spangled Delivery Co. van. Whatever James sees is shown in a HUD display. This lets Winn help James in his vigilante acts.

CITIZEN STEEL

Organic steel transformation: As a result of Eobard Thawne's biomolecular enhancer that Ray altered and injected into Nate, he gained the ability to transform his entire body into steel, though Ray claims that it is actually an organic form of alloy. In this state, his body increases somewhat in height and build. Despite being entirely constituted of steel in his altered state, Nate appears to retain his normal level of mobility, leaving his agility unhindered.
  • Accelerated healing factor: A bonus effect of the biomolecular enhancer cured Nate's hemophilia. To which, Nate's enhanced body is able to recover from injuries much faster than a normal person. Even a direct hit to his chest by the A.T.O.M. Exosuit's blasters only knocked him out for a minute before he somewhat recovered shortly afterwards. Upon transforming, any injuries his body has sustained fully heal immediately.
  • Superhuman durability: While transformed, Nate is far more durable than any normal human. This makes him extremely resistant to injury from low to high-caliber bullets, knives and as well as an ion blast from Ray's A.T.O.M. Exosuit. He could also survive falls from great heights, such as when he fell from the Temporal zone, through the skies, and eventually crashing into solid ground in Feudal Japan while showing no physical injury. Nate's durability is not without limits as he can be affected by bullets or any weapons molded from Dwarf star alloy and possibly any metal/steel strong enough to penetrate his body.
  • Superhuman strength: Nate is far stronger than any normal human, with his physical at least quintupled from it's normal level as stated by Ray. He was able to overpower Vixen, who was channeling the spiritual might of a gorilla, with ease and go toe-to-toe against Ray and his A.T.O.M. Exosuit. He is strong enough to lift and flung a full-grown man and even a Dominator like a rag doll. His strength was further tested when he tried to stop a train carrying tons of Dwarf star alloy, which is moving at full speed, and was able to slow its momentum until it completely stopped in its tracks.
Timeline change/Reality alteration awareness: Nate seems to be able to sense changes in the timeline or reality itself, as shown when he detected changes to the past, such as New York City being nuked by Nazis in 1942, causing World War Two to last until 1947, and when the Legion of Doom changed reality using the Spear of Destiny, he knew someone had "operated" on reality.
