DCU CW Fight:

Thought this could be fun to get a DCU CW version of the fighting competitions up. Plenty for Marvel already and CW has given us plenty of characters to pit against each other.

PROMETHEUS VS. DEATHSTROKE(no mirakuru)




PROMETHEUS



Peak of human physical condition: Adrian was in top physical form after training for four years to defeat Oliver Queen. He was strong enough to pin down the large and physically imposing Tobias Church, and Earth Two Laurel Lance, both with one arm and kick Oliver through a wooden wall with one leg. He also had a high tolerance to drugs, as he was able to quickly shrug off the effect of the diazepam-ridden dart that Oliver threw at him. He also withstood a severe beat down from Oliver which left his face bloody and swollen, and barely seemed fazed by it.

• Acrobatics/Free-running: Adrian was able to move and scale down walls with great dexterity and grace, even while simultaneously dodging bullets and throwing his shuriken.

Master combatant/Martial artist: Adrian, like Oliver, was an incredibly skilled martial artist trained by Talia al Ghul with fighting style incorporating several moves that Oliver knows. Adrian was able to single-handedly defeat Evelyn Sharp, Curtis Holt and Vigilante. During all his battles with Oliver, Adrian proved to be able to fight on par with him and even gained the upper hand in some of their encounters. His skill marked him as one of the deadliest fighters in the multiverse.

• Expert swordsman: Adrian was trained in the art of swordsmanship, often using his sword fighting skills in conjunction with his melee skills; his exact level as a swordsman was unknown.
• Expert archer: Like Oliver, Adrian was a trained archer although he seems to prefer throwing weapons. Adrian is skilled enough to either wound or kill his targets and use his bow as an improvised quarter-staff like Oliver. While torturing Oliver, Adrian fired three arrows in Oliver's chest in a tight pattern at point blank range.
• Master knife wielder: Adrian was highly proficient in throwing weapons such as knives, battle axes, flechettes and his weapon of choice; shuriken. He was able to disarm police lieutenant Sam Conahan while jumping and was able to perfectly split an arrow shot at him by Oliver in half by throwing a shuriken. Adrian was also a capable knife wielder in close combat as shown during a confrontation with Oliver.

High-level intellect/Master tactician/Manipulator: Adrian was a highly effective tactician, with his tactics against Oliver being at a psychological level, as he was successful in tricking Oliver into killing Billy Malone; knowing that Oliver came with the intention on killing Adrian making the latter one of the few people to ever tactically outsmart Oliver who is a master tactician in his own right. This is a skill on a level he shares with, most noticeably, Malcolm Merlyn, Slade Wilson, and Ra's al Ghul, with all able to outsmart Oliver up into their final confrontations. Adrian was also very manipulative able to convince Evelyn to betray Oliver, and he positioned Oliver in a scenario where he was forced to proclaim his "Green Arrow" identity as a police killer making it nearly impossible for him to take Prometheus down with his alter ego.

• Computer specialist/Expert computer hacker: Adrian had demonstrated a high degree of computer skills, as he was able to build and use several theatrical traps which he used against Oliver and Team Arrow. Oliver also mentions that Adrian has managed to erase all traces of his birth identity as "Simon Morrison" from the internet.
• Expert lawyer: As a former district attorney of Star City, Adrian was a skilled lawyer able to use his legal knowledge to successfully prevent John Diggle's prison transfer. Considering the fact that he only became District attorney to get close to Oliver, it is possible that Adrian did not even possess a law degree, making his knowledge potentially even more impressive.
• Explosives expert: Adrian had a good knowledge on explosives, quickly placing a bomb on a train before escaping, placing bombs in many rooms of a building and later having C4s all over Lian Yu linked to himself to be triggered through a dead man's switch.
• Master interrogator/Torturer: Adrian was a highly skilled interrogator, trained in both verbal and physical extraction techniques. As a lawyer, Adrian was successfully able to flip one of Eric Dunn's men to find him. While torturing Oliver, Adrian tortured Oliver using same methods of Oliver used to kill his enemies; including water-boarding and shooting him with arrows all while not killing him. At the same time, Adrian psychologically tortured Oliver by threatening his loved ones and seemingly killing Evelyn in front of him. Adrian was eventually successful in breaking Oliver and convinced to end his crusade temporarily, due to the efforts of John Diggle.
• Master investigator: Adrian had proven himself to be a highly skilled investigator, having learned much about Oliver and all those close to him. Adrian is aware of their secret identities, the list, the S.T.A.R. Labs pipeline, the Legends, and the multiverse. Adrian was very skilled at locating people as he was able to find the elusive Talia al Ghul and William Clayton, despite Samantha Clayton's best efforts to keep him hidden and safe.
• Skilled metalsmith: Adrian has stolen several of Oliver's arrows that Oliver has left behind during his vigilante career and melted them down to be reforged as his own weapons; mainly his shuriken, showing he was a skilled crafter. His shurikens was shown to be quite sharp, as they could split Oliver's arrows in half.

Indomitable will/High pain tolerance: Adrian had a high tolerance for pain as he could keep fighting without slowing down after Evelyn cut his arm and barely flinched after being shot in the shoulder with a bullet and was still able to move his arm normally even when the wound reopened.
Stealth/Infiltration: Adrian is highly skilled in the art of stealth, as he is able to sneak in or appear to people fairly quickly without them noticing whether it was day or night. He was able to sneak into Gay Eked's home, a moving subway train and S.T.A.R. Labs without triggering any alarms, an act that went unknown to Team Flash for 3 days.
Intimidation: Adrian possessed an intimidating presence due to his ruthlessness with Tobias Church, Evelyn Sharp, and even Laurel Lance, a meta-human, showing signs of fear towards him; his killings as the "Throwing Star Killer" combined with media rumors and his presence was enough to cause a city-wide panic. Even Darren Coffman stated Adrian was terrifying.
Network: As a former district attorney, Adrian had access to the resources of his office and the Star City Police Department. Adrian was also apparently second-in-command of Talia al Ghul's cult, all who were her fellow students.

DEATHSTROKE

• Peak of human physical condition: Slade is in top physical condition for a man of his age. His reflexes allowed him to catch an arrow shot at him by Oliver.

• Eidetic memory: Slade has a perfect memory, as he remembered the exact details of Shado's dragon tattoo, as Slade had one of the Amazo's crew brand it on Oliver's back, as a way to always remind Oliver that he was partly responsible for Shado's death.
• High-level intellect/Master tactician/Leader: Slade is very intelligent and a flawless tactician, he is able to create plans for combat, infiltration, and destruction. He is extremely efficient, even at a great disadvantage, or with few resources. Slade with the help of Oliver quickly formulated a plan to take over an airfield crowded with troops, and later managed to destroy much of Edward Fyers' compound alone, using only improvised explosives and distraction. Later Slade was seen doing various mathematical calculations, to program a missile launcher to directly hit the ship Ivo and his crew were on. He proved an expert in fighting techniques, developing specific plans to attack his targets, using the environment to his advantage and distractions. He was able to calculate the flight with a parachute to land on the freighter. After the island getaway, Slade went on a personal vendetta against Oliver. He devised an extremely complex plan that could keep his enemies, like Team Arrow and Oliver overwhelmed, as well as to infiltrate the government of Star City, taking Queen Consolidated away from Oliver, and by the end create an army of Super Humans that can generate chaos and destruction throughout the city. Slade is also a capable leader, he was able to lead an organization known as the Church of Blood with Sebastian Blood and was able to do it in secret.
  • Master deceiver: Slade is a very good liar, able to feign betraying Oliver twice by pretending to side with Adrian Chase when he's actually helping Oliver and his team get out of a bad situation.
• Indomitable will/High pain tolerance/Master survivor: Slade has a high tolerance for pain. Oliver had to pull a bullet out of Slade's arm without any form of anesthetic, albeit he had to tie him up (on Slade's suggestion) because he might kill Oliver otherwise. He was also able to take down several of Edward Fyers' henchmen with an injured leg. Slade also has the skills of a natural survivor as he continued to live stranded on Lian Yu by himself and later with Oliver and Shado.
• Stealth/Infiltration: As a former member of ASIS, Slade is well versed in stealth and infiltration. Slade was able to steal a file from the archives without being seen on the security cameras. Slade was able to stalk Oliver without getting noticed. Slade was able to enter Verdant and then enter the Arrowcave, without being seen, noticed, or making any alarms go off. On Lian Yu he was able to sneak up on Thea and Oliver multiple times, and later against Talia's acolytes.
• Master combatant/Martial artist: Slade is shown to have highly advanced unarmed and close-range fighting skills, and likewise able to effectively mentor Oliver in his ways of combat and survival. He was able to spar with Shado to a stalemate in combat, although it can be implied that Slade held back a little. He also soundly beat and killed his former partner Billy Wintergreen, who was also a master hand to hand combatant with enough skill to defeat Yao Fei. His fighting style mostly incorporates escrima with muay thai while supplemented with karate, silat and boxing. After being augmented by the Mirakuru, Slade's combat skills have increased to the point where he was able to easily beat Oliver, John Diggle and Sara Lance at the same time despite all three being seasoned fighters. After he was cured from his Mirakuru powers, despite proving to be a difficult challenge, Slade was ultimately defeated by Oliver in their final battle, despite the fact that he is more experienced in combat, due to Slade having problems remaining conscious from the Mirakuru cure which knocked out his soldiers immediately. A year after being imprisoned on Lian Yu, Slade was able to knock out Oliver and Thea in mere seconds. In a second encounter he fought off Thea and Oliver at the same time and easily broke out of Oliver's hold and later overpowered and restrained him, only being defeated when Thea pulled a gun on him and shot him in the arm, implying that he has been retraining himself (off-screen), and that it is very likely that his combat skills will eventually return to the way they used to be, before he became reliant on his Mirakuru powers. By the time Oliver recruited Slade against Adrian Chase and his allies, having spent 2 years on Lian Yu, Slade has apparently regained all of his former combat skills, as shown when he is able to swiftly overwhelm Digger Harkness and easily defeated Talia al Ghul's acolytes whose training were nearly identical to the League of Assassins in mere seconds as well as swiftly and easily take out close to twenty members of the Jackals without sustaining any injury and while holding back, fight evenly with and eventually beat his son Joe Wilson, forcing Joe to resort to trickery to defeat him, showing that Slade is still one of the deadliest fighters in the multiverse.
  • Military training: As a former soldier for ASIS, Slade has gone through heavy military training becoming one of the best.
    • Master stick fighter: Slade is a master stick fighter, as he was seen sparring with Oliver in stick fighting, teaching him everything he knows about this form of combat.
    • Master swordsman: Slade is an incredibly skilled swordsman, cutting down multiple armed mercenaries in mere seconds. He has explicitly stated his weapon of choice are swords. He killed his former partner in a sword-fight, who was also a master swordsman. In the present day, due to his Mirakuru powers, Slade's swordsman skills have increased to the point where he was able to kill three of Sebastian's bodyguards in a matter of seconds. It has been seen that the years he spent imprisoned in Lian Yu without properly practicing his sword fighting skills has not reduced their effiency, as Slade was able to swiftly cut down multiple students of Talia al Ghul on multiple encounters when helping Team Arrow against Adrian Chase and Talia's forces, who had training similar to the League of Assassins and later did the same to nearly 20 members of the Jackals and also fought on par with Joe in their sword fight and managed to gain the upper hand while holding back, only being overpowered by his son through trickery. Besides his prowess at close range, he was also shown to be able to kill a guard by drawing his sword and throw it in one single motion.
    • Master marksman: Slade is shown to be an excellent marksman as he took out many soldiers with his sniper rifle, and was able to take out several soldiers with only two handguns. He was also able to easily shoot down many members of the Jackal using a single rifle before they could attempt to fire.

It's gotta' be Deathstroke. When Ollie was fighting Prometheus he probably held back a little - especially when the option to kill him came up initially. Slade would have ended his life rather suddenly.

Okay, Deathstroke on mirakulu wins easily.

Deathstroke sans mirakulu still wins in close quarters pretty handily. Prometheus ' best strategy is to wear Slade down with shuriken and arrow wounds and then move in for the kill.
