I get that a lot of the street slang involving gangs and drugs can be hard to follow, so I assume that's what they're getting at, but the whole concept is just crazy.

Here is the thing. I have been on wire tap cases before. Everything is recorded and you can slow it down and replay it 1000 times if you need to in order to figure it out. I have listened to the some of the worst speaking people in the world (seems like it anyway), and after replaying it, often multiple times, I can figure it out about 95% of the time.
