I don't know why they're pushing this Hit-Monkey so much. Weren't monkeys popular like 10 years ago?

Hit-Monkey has his charms, at least in this arc. I haven't read Hit-Monkey # 1 though. Didn't Stan Lee once remark that there isn't any bad characters only bad writers? Either that or I just read that on some joker's sig somewhere. Ha.

That's actually very true. I've seen many a time when a crappy character received a redeeming treatment from a particular writer. Hell, just look at Marvel's cosmic line. The characters there aren't necessarily crappy persey, but they didn't have quite the fan following they do now.
