Yeah, let's for a second forget the fact that Deadpool got 9 tranquilizer darts re-directed into his face by Cable, before they could use the duct tape.

Or that he handled Captain America, Goliath, Hercules, Falcon and Daredevil (Iron Fist) by himself. Ok, he probably would've lost in the long run, but fact is that he was still standing when Cable showed up.

He handled them did he? I forget besides tripping goliath what did he actually do to ANY of them? He attempted to break Iron Fist's knee with his face and he wet himself after making herc angry. If you really think he stood a chance there you're seriously deluded.
Not immediately losing isnt the same thing as winning.

Also not being able to die is NOT the same thing as not being able to lose.
The fact that he cant die, realistically makes him EASIER to beat for most characters who arent willing to kill. They dont have to care how hard they hit him and they can just tie up his temporarilly flatlined body.

And how exactly is that going to make a difference? Deadpool gets a hail of bullets pumped into his body, on a nearly daily basis. And let's not forget getting body parts cut or blown off. Heck, a grenade blew up in his hand and he was still conscious. I think he can handle being hit slightly harder.

Sure, he can get knocked out, it happened more than once. But when he's pissed, or wants to proof himself, I think Bats is going to need some backup.
