Digital Comics Question

I have a Digital Comic, a Comic Book RAR sized at 100 MB (105,431,330 bytes), I'd like to get it online.
Does anyone know what computer programs websites like Newsarama ( http://www.newsarama.com/php/multimedia/album.php?aid=37324)
or Marvel ( http://marvel.com/digitalcomics/free) uses?

yes there is a free program that you can use to view digital comics

I was going to reccomend that^ but sorry, I don't think there is a way to upload and view them online..
