They are probabley safer in Australian waters than on dry land considering all the deadly animals and insects but then again you got Sharks, Jelly Fish and Mantra Rays.

Bottom line your never safe in Australia!

I'd rather deal with the sharks, jelly fish, and rays. I've heard that walking within a square mile of the wrong bush could get you poisoned in Australia.
