I've seen the Original Trilogy hundreds of times, it seems. I will never ever grow tired of those movies. Along with Lord of the Rings, it's my favorite movie trilogy of all time.
The prequels definitely get worse with multiple viewings. I didn't particularly care for Episodes I and II from the get-go, but I honestly loved Episode III when it first came out to theaters. It revitalized my love for Star Wars altogether during that time, to be honest. With more viewings, though, Episode III definitely gets worse. While I agree with the general consensus that it isn't a good film, I do still enjoy it if I catch it on tv or something. I think I loved it back in 2005 because I was thirsty for Darth Vader and was eager to see his origin unfold (as Vader is my favorite character in all of Star Wars). And I do think it is a considerably better film than I and II, so I guess I was excited that I didn't dislike it from the get-go.
I enjoyed The Force Awakens when it first came out, even though I acknowledged the flaws from the get-go (The Starkiller Base stuff was dumb back then). While I still maintain it is a fun movie and a well-made movie from a technical standpoint, I don't think it has much of a rewatchability factor. And after seeing The Last Jedi, I like this movie even less now.
I want to give The Last Jedi another chance at some point when it's released on Blu-Ray/DVD/Netflix/Redbox/whatever. I hated it the first time I saw it, but I've been told it holds up better on repeat viewings? We'll see, but I'm not expecting my opinion to be doing a 180.
With Rogue One, I actually really enjoyed it the first time I saw it (and I maintain it is a better film than TFA and TLJ). It was essentially a throwback of war movies, where the main "character" is actually the mission. From that standpoint, the movie works well for me, and the final act of Rogue One is still riveting stuff for me. Because of the weaker characterization in this movie, though, the first two acts of the film don't have a huge rewatchability factor. I've seen Rogue One twice at this point, and I enjoyed it both times. Is it a movie I could watch over and over again, though? Probably not.
