Do you pronounce your "r's"?

Yes, a coworker of mine actually *****ed about this because he couldn't understand some woman's accent because apparently she didn't pronounce the "r" in the words she was speaking. You probably don't notice your own pronunciation of words when you speak, but supposedly I have a combination of the typical flat midwest accent coupled with the Chicago accent, which I don't notice. As stupid as this is, it seems to bug some people.
