Well, since we are going to War in this Decade and in the past Decades due to Peak Oil and the loss of it. I would believe that we could go to War for Water and have it not Covered-Up as a War of Terror. Or have the War On Terror continue, but it will really be the need for Water. No doubt the CIA would use the War On Water as a vehicle to keep Drug Trafficking going as well, considering quite a bit of the US economy is stabilized by the drugs they run and money in return.

You're gonna drink salt water? Think for a moment. The land on sea level will submerge. The people living there will go on a mass exodus, like those in the day of Moses. They migrate into lands that are parched, dry, and in deep drought. Where will they get water to irrigate the land? All the snowcaps have all dissappeared. No food, no water = mass hunger. America will be Africa.

Global warming will increase the amount of water to the point of too much. Yes it will be salt water, however it's not like we travel to the north pole right as it is to get our water. It's filtered before it gets to your faucet.

global warming will increase the chacnes of fighting for land, because there will then be less of it. As sea levels rise more and more land will be under water.
