Does anybody think that President Obama will posthumously pardon Captain America?

Assuming George W. Bush hasn't already done so, does anybody think that President Barack Obama( can't wait to see his first appearance in the Marvel Universe!!!) will posthumously pardon the late Captain America( as he has the right to do- pace Ford and Nixon, Lincoln vis a vis Confederates , Jimmy Carter to draft dodger and Bill Clinton to former Weatherman Bill Ayers and SLA member Patricia "Patty" Hearst)?
