That cartoon isn't banned. Or atleast it wasn't banned back in the `80s. I have it on VHS.

You mean you've never heard of the WW2 proganda cartoons? The ones Warner Bros and Disney made about the Japanese are completely banned, racist stereotypes and such. But the ones about Hitler and Mousollini aren't really. They just have no meaning so they don't show them much. Heck they even made cartoons as training videos.
