There's no rule against having multiple accounts. You're just not allowed to create a second account to back up your first one in arguments. Or use a second account to subvert a ban on the first. Tacit's Kreem Pi account was banned awhile ago, so I assume he was doing that first point. That, and the account was named Kreem Pi.

Maybe he is just suffering from the same inexplicable condition that effects all critics when they post Twitter "reviews". I call the condition "Acute Critic Twitterrhea". Symptoms include extreme hyperbole, heart palpitations, arrhythmia, overexcitement, and profuse draining of the tear ducts. See Kevin Smith for an example of the condition.

That doesn't matter. If you post a link to something that is not allowed, you get gigged. Do you think that posting a link to porn would be Ok because you weren't actually posting the porn, just the link to it? He linked to a tweet that had the F word prominently displayed. That is not allowed.
