Finally stumbled over here from the "old" Sony board.

Just finished reading Doug's Blog and it is wonderful. What an incredible guy - what patience and positive attitude (and I complain about my job?!). He does such amazing things and suffers through some horrid conditions (man those days are looong) and still is in good spirits. I have yet to meet him but can't wait to catch up to him one day and shake his hand.

Doug certainly does do great huggage!! Seriously, though, try and see him at a con - he's always happy to pose for pics and sign stuff, and he's very fan-friendly. One of life's truly nice people, and a real sweetheart.

I need more Doug!

Now that I have discovered Doug's blog while he is very busy filming HB2, I am hungry for more. I hope he updates it soon. While I wouldn't want him to waste all of his precious (and rare, from the sound of it!) free time on filling us in concerning on-set hijinx, I could settle for a few lines to satisfy my jones for Jones.

Oooooh -cringe- sorry for that last bit.

That was quite an entry. Though it wasn't really about HB2, it was quite a read and a moving experience at the same time. Happiness and tragedy tinted with beauty.
