dr. alchemy/ mr. element

ok...on jlu, dr. alchemy is a background character on an episode. Then right next to him is mr. element. Are they two different people or what?

They are the same person. In a Flash trade, Ignition, a different person was Mr. Elelment but was eventually killed at the end.
