E-Mail Sound Effects

When I receive e-mails from certain folks or about certain topics, I have sound effects associated with them to "warn" me about what I'm about to have to deal with.

Examples:

- anything dealing with a specific report that was horribly involved would automatically give me an "argghh" scream warning

- anything from my "boss" in the states would come with a "boot to the head" warning

which sound effects do you use and

can you recommend good sites for stealing short sound effects from?

I don't think swear words would be appropriate...

I'm actually considering a farting sound for one of the "thoughtless" people I get e-mail from.

It's not like I have kids in the house or have it loud enough for anyone to hear it unless you're at the computer.
