I'm indifferent, I guess. It depends what I'm getting. I do like going to a nice place, but I take out a lot if I'm just getting a burger or pizza or Chinese. An actual meal, I'd stay in.

To the question: I prefer to eat out. I will only really do take out if I am by myself. But if I am with friends, I prefer to eat out.

I also prefer to eat out when I'm with a woman too. Ba ZIINNG!!!
